From the kitchen/diner, an archway leads to a bright and attractive lounge which is a wonderfully relaxing space with comfy sofas, a TV, and views over the harbour and out to sea. Back to the hall and head up the winding steep cottage style staircase to the first floor where you will find the first bedroom which has a king-size and single bed and boasts fabulous sea and harbour views. There is also a bathroom with a Victorian roll-top bath and WC and neighbouring the bathroom is a shower room with just a large shower. Up the steep cottage style staircase again, the second bedroom is a cosy double room and finally, there is a king-size room with a single bed which enjoys stunning views over the harbour and the sea. There is a tiered terrace with outside seating, which boasts the most incredible panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea. Please note the terrace is accessed via approximately 40 external steps, common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside.
