Located a short distance from the picturesque village of Coverack with its quintessentially Cornish fishing harbour, shops, restaurants and pub - and also boasting a marvellous broad sandy bay - the period building was formerly the prestigious Coverack Headland hotel, dating back to the Edwardian era.

The Headland occupies one of the most southerly points in the UK, basking in the Gulf Stream which is largely responsible for the temperate micro-climate enjoyed by the Lizard peninsula.

The property is set within acres of unspoilt coastal scenery, abundant in natural flora and fauna, and has maintained lawned gardens and a tennis court. A very short walk along the adjacent South-West coastal path leads to a charming, secluded, sandy bathing beach.

The accommodation, sleeping up to 4 adults, is well proportioned (64 sq. m.) and stylishly presented with stunning sea and coastal views, comprising:

Easily reached by made-up road it has its own designated parking space.
Communal laundry facilities and temporary storage (e.g. for bikes) are available on-site.
1-2 well-behaved pets by arrangement with the owners. (There is a charge of £25 per pet)
There are direct, uninterrupted views of the ocean, cove and surrounding headlands from the Lounge, Master bedroom, Kitchen / diner and Terrace. (The pictures scarcely do it justice; the beauty and splendour must be experienced to be fully appreciated).
Rental rates are inclusive of services; bed-linen and towels.

Local facilities exist for swimming, wind-surfing, canoeing, sailing and fishing. The South-West coastal path offers walkers, hikers and joggers a variety of options, blessed with stunning scenery, whatever the weather. Cyclists can enjoy the many and varied scenic routes offered around the Lizard peninsula. Golfers’ requirements are well-served by the nearby Mullion golf club, boasting a spectacular links course. Horse-riding facilities are also located nearby.
