Sleeping up to four guests, the three-bedroom abode makes a comfortable and inviting base from which to enjoy the very best of the town as well as the wider North Norfolk surroundings. Find yourselves with shops, cafes and restaurants within 100 metres of your base. Stroll down to the pier, 300 metres away, to walk along it and perhaps see a show at the theatre at its end. Spend time in Sheringham, 5 miles away, another town that grew up in Victorian times and which is home to a station with steam trains that run along the heritage Poppy Line.

Make your way into this three-storey holiday home, which has a creative upside-down design to make the most of the sea views. Enter at ground-floor level to find two single bedrooms situated here together with a handy WC. Wander on up to the first floor, where there is a king-size bedroom, with French doors opening on to a Juliet balcony and an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle and WC. The family bathroom, with a thermostatic shower over the bath and WC, is also on this floor. Climb the stairs up to the second floor to discover the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that will quickly become the heart of this holiday home.

Relax in the lounge area here, which is equipped with a CD player, with radio and iPod docking station, and a TV. Open the French doors up on to the Juliet balcony to take in the view from here and to let a breeze in. Prepare meals in the kitchen area, with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, then sit down to lively meals together at the table.

There is no outside space with this townhouse; however, not only are you close to the beach, but North Lodge Park with its lovely lawns is within 300 metres of the house. There is parking for one car with this property.
