Large four bedroom pet friendly holiday home near Cromer in Norfolk that sleeps eight with amazing sea views, within easy reach of the local shops, pubs, cafes, bars and amusements.

Looking back at the sea views before heading into the perfect seaside holiday home you enter the property into the hallway which to your left leads through to the splendid lounge area. The lounge has a large comfortable chesterfield sofa and arm-chairs providing seating for up to eight guests, you have a large Smart TV and bi-fold doors panning the width of the lounge with those magical views providing a wonderful backdrop so gather around with friends and family and relax with unique views of Cromer.

Leading off from the large lounge is the master bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin upon request) the room has a very tasteful en-suite shower room with WC. Down the hallway and past the front door you will arrive at the open-plan kitchen/diner, the kitchen replicates a home from home feel with its electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher complete with brilliant sea views and views over to the lighthouse hills from the windows.

The dining area has a table along with eight chairs to enjoy a light snack or a full meal with loved ones and discuss the adventures ahead. From here you then have a choice of two bedrooms complete with a stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Bedroom two has a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made as a twin upon request) complete with plenty of storage, bedroom three has a king-size bed with garden views and more storage. The final bedroom has a double bed and has a widened doorway with an en-suite wet room with shower over bath and WC.

There is an enclosed garden and patio area to the back of the property which backs onto several acres of public woodland accessed by both a public and private access footpath so it really is a perfect place to relax, take in the fresh sea air and enjoy some cocktails and a spot of al fresco dining.
