This newly renovated holiday home near the heart of the Victorian town of Cromer is ideally located to explore this wonderful, traditional seaside resort. Within walking distance is a plethora of shops, cafes and pubs, crazy golf, the famous pavilion theatre on the pier, and a gorgeous sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for rock pooling, windsurfing, and sunbathing. Alternatively, take a walk along the Norfolk Coast Path, which winds through the town and along 84 miles of stunning coastline.

After exploring the sights, choose from one of the town’s delectable restaurants for some tasty dinner with many serving freshly caught seafood including the famous Cromer Crab. For fantastic days out, visit the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall (1 mile) or explore the historic ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle (9 miles). Children will love to see the animals at Amazona Zoo or try out the tree-top adventures at BeWILDerwood (19 miles) Falcon’s Rest has been lovingly renovated to provide a family or couples a real home away from home, with the décor and attention to detail being to a high standard so you have the most memorable of stays.

Upon entering there is a cosy lounge area, with enough seating for all guests and a Smart TV, so gather and relax with loved ones of an evening whilst you watch or stream your favourite show. Off from the lounge is the open-plan kitchen/diner with the kitchen offering the designated chef of the day all they need to prepare anything from a light snack to a hearty evening meal, and when it’s time to serve, the dining table, fit for any special occasion can seat up to six guests. Completing the ground floor is the bathroom, ideal for washing the sand out of your toes after a fun day out at the beach. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a king-size bed with an ensuite shower room, a double, and bedroom three has a bunk bed which children will undoubtedly love. All bedrooms have ample storage space to hang your clothes and store any personal items.

There is an outside space to the front of the property and with chairs provided this is the ideal place to watch the world go by, and for those who love to dine al-fresco style then the garden with a patio to the rear of the cottage is a great place to gather to enjoy some refreshing drinks and good food with great company, including your furry friends.
