The property is situated in the friendly neighbourhood of Croyde Bay, which is between the Croyde village centre (0.5 miles) and the stunning, sandy Croyde Beach (0.5 miles). Don’t forget to bring your surfboards, as this place is known for its great surf. Inland, Croyde village boasts a number of fantastic eateries, serving up fresh local produce. Enjoy a scenic walk at National Trust Baggy Point (0.5 miles) or experience a thrill on a coasteering adventure.

Stepping inside the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, you’ll notice the touches of a tranquil seaside theme. There are two sets of large, glass, patio doors which lead out onto the balcony.
