This area of South Devon has some of the best beaches around with great surfing at Bantham (17 miles) or you can try your hand at paddleboarding at South Sands near Salcombe, 20 miles away. This chic holiday hot spot has its fair share of expensive yachts and is a firm favourite with sailors. Don’t forget to try South Devon crab… it’s amazing!

Enter this beautiful first-floor apartment and make yourselves at home. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and light with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the spectacular views of the River Dart.
