An amazing coastal townhouse in Dartmouth that sleeps 5 perfect for family and friends to explore Dartmouth’s and Kingswear’s social scenes. The nearest beach is Blackpool Sands and is perfect for an idyllic picnic.

The property is spread out over three floors. The ground floor has a large open-plan lounge and dining room with spectacular views over the estuary. It has an electric fire helping to make the living room the perfect place to relax on the large, comfortable sofas after a day out in Dartmouth. Guests can also enjoy watching TV here or holding sociable meals around the dining table for six people. The kitchen has everything guests need to make those meals, which has its own conservatory and breakfast room attached. On the same floor, there is a wet room with a shower as well as a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor, the master bedroom is at the front of the property: it has a king-size bed and TV, though all eyes will be on the amazing views. On the same floor is a window seat overlooking the lower ferry which sails across the estuary. On this level, a second bedroom is at the rear of the property with twin beds. The family bathroom is on this level with a shower over the bath. Up on the top floor is a twin room with 2 single beds that can make a super-king-size bed. The room also has a TV but, again, it has glorious views over Bayard’s Cove, Kingswear and the castle.

Outside the property, leading from the dining room through patio doors, is an enclosed courtyard garden with a bistro table and chairs set. While small, it is perfectly formed and catches the late afternoon and early evening sunshine – the perfect time for a sundowner after a day out exploring.
