Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with wood burner, TV and DVD. Seating around the dining table. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Outside: the property benefits from a tiered terrace with seating, this is approached via steep steps, but the climb is worth it for stunning panoramic river views. Amenities: 1 parking space within a short walking distance is provided at the marina car park only. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating, entrance hall with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome, larger dogs by arrangement.
