An elegant townhouse that sleeps 4 in Dartmouth close to the waterfront and bang in the centre eateries, shops and bars, and just metres from the Ferry that takes you accross the river to Kingswear. Dartmouth has a fascinating history which you can discover at the museum or visit Dartmouth Castle at the entrance to the estuary. Beyond the town, walkers can stride out along the South West Coastal Path for dramatic views, or turn inland along one of the many paths that lead through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are boat trips and water sports to enjoy along the river and at the lovely Blackpool Sands beach 3 miles away. For a day trip catch the foot passenger ferry to Torquay, Salcombe or Totnes.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events including The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.

The modern two-bedroom home has been arranged with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs. A glass door leads out onto the terrace from here. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all located on the ground floor. The master bedroom features a double bed and a TV, as well as an in-room black glass shower cubicle and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is single with a trundle bed option and a TV. This room has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

The upstairs terrace is accessed via the living room and is a large paved area over the garage. There is a distant view from here across the town to the river. Outdoor seating makes this a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks before heading out to enjoy the town.
