Dartmouth two bedroom holiday cottage just a mile from the nearest beach. This terraced house in an elevated position in South Devon is ideal for a romantic couples’ escape or a seaside family getaway. Located in Dartmouth, there’s plenty to keep you occupied during your coastal holiday. When you’re not relaxing on the terrace overlooking the river, there’s also an array of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby (less than 0.5 miles). In addition to this, there’s an art gallery, Bayard’s Cove Fort, Royal Avenue Gardens and a museum to explore (all less than 0.5 miles). Across the river, which you can access via a ferry, you’ll find the Dartmouth Steam Railway and Banksy ‘Girl with Red Baloon’ (both 0.5 miles).

Step inside this charming, blue-painted cottage and make yourself at home in the lounge/diner. This room boasts a comfortable window seat in the bay window which looks out across the flowing water of the River Dart. Next to the window is the lounge area with a sofa and two armchairs in front of the feature fireplace and Smart TV. Special mealtimes with your guests can be spent at the round wooden table and four chairs. The kitchen is sleek with modern units beneath the wooden beamed ceiling. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a WC and washing machine. Upstairs is the first floor, where you’ll find the family bathroom which offers a shower over the bath and WC. Follow a few steps to reach the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with seating, soft carpet and a feature fireplace. Wake up in the morning and relax in bed while admiring the spectacular views through the large windows out to the River Dart. The second bedroom has a feature fireplace and a super-king-size bed which can be made into a twin on request.

Outside of the property, you will find a relaxing terrace with impressive views of the River Dart. Dine alfresco while watching the boats bobbing by.
