This cottage is the perfect place from which to explore the estuary and coastline of South Devon.

If you love walking, join the South West Coast Path that winds through the town and cusps the shores of Devon and Cornwall. Enjoy a visit to the fabulous and imposing Dartmouth Castle, which has a rich history dating back over 600 years. 3.5 miles away is the beautiful Blackpool Sands, a wonderful Blue Flag beach in a sheltered cove in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Set over three floors, this property is super spacious and has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished making it a welcoming home-from-home. Enter this home into the roomy hallway before heading into the lounge/diner. Get cosy on the comfortable in front of the wood burner set in a stone feature fireplace and watch a film from the selection of DVDs available for guests to use. Alternatively choose one of the board games in the sideboard and get competitive around the dining table. The galley kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Completing this floor is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC, as well as a handy separate cloakroom WC. Upstairs on the first floor is the light and spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage. Up to the top floor via a narrow staircase are the further two bedrooms. Set under low pitched ceilings and with delightful views over the town and river, there is a double room and a twin room.

Outside, enjoy the stunning new decking area with glass balcony and large sofa seating where you can relax with beautiful panoramic town and river views. The garden also benefits from a Weber BBQ and Ooni Pizza Oven to enjoy al fresco dining.
