Situated in the village of Holcombe, with picturesque, thatched cottages and a couple of great pubs, less than 0.5 miles walk, you’re welcomed by the dramatic red cliffs and sand and shingle dog-friendly beach of Holcombe. The South West Coast path can be joined 0.5 miles from the property and offers stunning walks and scenery. Further along the coast is Teignmouth (1.9 miles) with a host of pubs, restaurants, pier, local shops and a farmer’s market. Continue west to explore The English Riviera and the South Hams; including Torquay (10 miles), Paignton (15 miles) and Dartmouth (30 miles).

Entering the property you’re welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen with a lower surface top height to enable full accessibility for guests. Through the kitchen, there is a lounge/dining area with a spacious dining table for six guests. A comfortable lounge with sofas which can be turned into sofa beds for extra guests, a Smart TV and French doors out to the raised deck. Down the hall is the twin bedroom with plenty of storage space, further along, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and adjacent to the room is the fully accessible wet room with a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside is a garden with ramp access, a spacious lawned area and a decked seating area providing a great outdoor space to enjoy the evenings.
