Perfect for couples, groups of friends or families, this beautifully-designed house takes in the big skies that Norfolk is so famous for. Relax in the large and social open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor whilst gazing out of the large full-height arched window that brings the outside in. Head up to the mezzanine area and you can chill out on large sofa's and watch the wildlife on the marsh.

Downstairs you will find four luxury bedrooms; two super stylish rooms with Super-king size beds (the master bedroom also has a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea) and two King-size bedrooms plus three bath/shower rooms, a snug, plus a well-equipped utility room with tea/coffee-making facilities so you don't need to climb the stairs to make a cup of tea early in the morning. Outside there is a large fully-enclosed south-facing garden mainly laid to lawn and there's off-road parking for three cars to the front.

Fitted out as a second kitchen to service guests, it comes with tea and coffee making facilities avoiding the need to go upstairs for a drink first thing in the morning. There is also a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer plus access to the rear garden via the back door.

Located on the coast road it has a shingle driveway and parking space for three cars to the front of the house.
There is an EV charging point at the property for charging your vehicle (small additional charge) and the house is powered by solar panels.
The beautifully landscaped gardens wrap around the house. The rear south-facing fully-enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn and comes with garden furniture including a table with eight chairs and four sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and patio heaters. There is a hot water tap outside too, for washing salty feet (and paws!). The rear garden overlooks farmland and a small-holding which is home to a variety of animals.
