OUTSIDE

Decked area with table and chairs, far reaching views over fields and out to Start Bay, hot tub, terrace to the side, private terrace for master bedroom, artificial grass. Access gates to field with seating, lake for wild swimming. Paddle boards available for use on the lake. Table Tennis table on side terrace.

PARKING

Parking for 3 cars on drive.

Included: Bed linen and towels (Guests to bring own hot tub/beach towels), electricity, heating.
Regretfully no children under 16. Infant under 6 months welcome.
Catering during your stay and car service from Totnes Station can be arranged directly with owner by separate arrangement.
