Devon waterside holiday home that sleeps six with pets welcome located near Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, a detached reverse level property with open plan living including huge picture windows overlooking the water.

ACCOMMODATION
Entrance to ground floor and bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Large twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV. (This bed can be zipped to make a super king, please advise at time of booking if this is required)
Bedroom 2: 5ft king sized bed with beautiful art deco dressing table, Smart TV, large vintage linen press with ample storage for clothes.
Family shower room with walk in rainfall shower, Basin, heated towel rail and WC. Access to the garage and storage area, with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Stairs to first floor:
Spacious open plan living room with beautiful lounge area, huge sofa and large open fireplace, Smart TV with surround sound and sound bar, digital radio bluetooth speaker, picture windows with window seat, and dressers full of books and games.

Dining table to seat up to eight, adjacent to the stylish kitchen with electric range cooker, American style fridge freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher.
Along the hallway away from the lounge is the Master bedroom, with 6ft super king bed, hanging hooks and chest of drawers, dual aspect windows and access to the outside deck area, perfect for a morning coffee overlooking the water.
Adjacent is the luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath, walk in rainfall shower, vintage washstand with countertop basin, heated towel rail and WC.
On the ground floor is a utility room with drying area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

OUTSIDE
Built into the hillside, the cottage currently provides a small decked area to the side of the property, accessed via steps to the side of the property as well as via a door in the Master bedroom on the first floor. Furnished with picnic bench and stone slab area for your own barbecue.
The garage provides ample space for storage of kayaks etc. there is a hosepipe outside for sandy dogs, children and equipment.

A slipway and landing facilities are opposite the cottage for launching small craft or kayaks and there is access to the water 1.5-2 hours either side of high water.

Ample space on private driveway for 2 cars.
