Beer beach, a beautiful family-friendly shingle beach surrounded by limestone cliffs is only 200 metres away. Less than 2 miles away is the town of Seaton, gateway town to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Seaton beach is over a mile long and hosts a wealth of water sports and activities. The town also offers several outstanding attractions including the brand-new Jurassic-themed Play Park, Seaton Tramway and Cliff Field Gardens and Labyrinth.

Every room in this beautifully stylish property is flooded with natural light, making for a truly tranquil place to stay. Internal stairs to the property lead to a lovely hallway with pretty stained-glass windows and seating. There is a large lounge with quality furnishings, a Victorian fireplace, two sofas in rich blue velour with matching dark wood furniture, and a bay window area which overlooks the street and down to the sea. There is a contemporary, spacious kitchen with a dining table nestled in the large mullion bay window looking down to the sea. You will also find two well-furnished, light and airy bedrooms; one king-size with a stylish en-suite shower room, one spacious twin room and a contemporary family bathroom.
