On the third floor above the living room, three bedrooms invite guests to get cosy and comfortable, with the double room showcasing views out to sea, and the twin room offering either two single beds or a super king size to suit all sleeping arrangements. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower over. A separate shower room lies on the ground floor along with access out to a pretty courtyard garden. Here you can barbecue in the afternoons or simply relax in the sunshine while your dogs and children stretch their legs. Ideally located near to the shops, beach and restaurants, the cottage is close enough to walk into Marazion but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Having its own parking is a real plus especially during the busier seasons, and with the coast path stretching all the way to Penzance along the seafront, you won’t need to drive very much during your stay.
