Three bedroom chalet-style cottage in the seaside village of West Runton, near Sheringham in Norfolk just a short walk from the beach. The cottage sleeps 6 with pets welcome and is close to pubs, cafes, shops, tennis courts and even a golf course!

Modern, detached, comfortable and contemporary, there is plenty of room for family, friends and the hounds all year round - the lovely beach, with its vast expanse of sand, has no dog restrictions during the summer months and the wood burning stove ensures it is cosy during the winter.

The spacious ground floor has a sitting room with a Smart television and french doors leading to an enclosed, sunny garden - ideal to keep your young ones and four-legged furry ones playing safely - a separate dining room with seating for six, a well equipped kitchen with a Range cooker and a twin bedroom with 3' single beds and a shower room.

The first floor offers two en-suite bedrooms; the master has a king-size bed and bath and a walk-in shower, and bedroom two has a double bed and a shower. There is parking for parking for three cars, plus access to the garage for bicycle storage.

There is parking for three cars in the driveway.

Additional Information:
Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). By prior arrangement, the owner would consider three dogs.
Synthetic bedding provided.
Infants and children are welcome, but please note there is no travel cot, highchair or stair gate at the property.
There is a tumble dryer available in the garage.
