The cottage is within easy walking distance of Porthleven beach and harbour and many shops, galleries, eateries and public houses.

On the ground floor is the entrance hall with cloak room, a well equipped kitchen with dining area and the lounge with cosy log burner and being dual aspect allowing plenty of natural light.

Off the kitchen the rear door leads out onto the balcony with steps down to a small patio area and cellar room with heating, washing machine, seating, sink and dart board.

The staircase leads off the lounge up to the first floor where you'll find the master bedroom with a king sized bed, the twin room with two singles and shower room with large walk-in shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin. Both bedrooms have beautiful views out to the harbour and church.
