The dining with comfortable seating is perfect for romantic or family gatherings where you can admire the spectacular loch and countryside views.

The bespoke stylish kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, Tassimo coffee machine and a handy dishwasher is the ideal spot to cook up a storm.

There is a delightful twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a super king-size on request) with French doors leading out to the patio, with beautiful loch and countryside views, Smart TV and a stylish en-suite shower room with WC.

Finally completing the accommodation is the beautiful king-size bedroom, also with French door leading out to the hot tub and Patio, Smart TV, wonderful loch and countryside views and stylish en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside onto the large patio area you will find the fantastic private hot tub with magnificent loch views over Bengairn Loch. There is also a seating area with comfortable table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing.
