This is a stunning waterside cottage on the Salcombe estuary near South Pool which is a short walk to various beaches, the Salcombe ferry and some marvellous estuary walks. It is a single level property with an open plan kitchen and dining area that seats six. There is a cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a freezer and dryer near the entrance. The lounge room opens onto a lovely terrace with breathtaking views over the estuary and is furnished with two comfy sofas, a TV and DVD player. The main bedroom has a king size bed and also looks onto the Salcombe waterscape. There are two other twin bedrooms, which have single beds, and the family bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is another separate toilet closet. Finally the terrace outside has a dining area overlooking the estuary where you can also access the waters edge. Visitors are welcome to use the private kayaks and dinghy.
