Four bedroom pet friendly beach house in West Sussex located on a private beach estate in Elmer. The house sleeps 8 with a private hot tub and benefits from wonderful sea views and direct beach access. The house has a 700 sq. ft south facing open kitchen/ living/dining and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy beautiful panoramic sea views. The house has two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a six-seater hot tub available all year round. The second garden has direct access to the coastal path and Elmer Sands beach. As there is no public car park nearby the beach is never crowded. It is ideal for paddle boarding and two paddle boards are available for our guests. Private parking for up to 3 cars and a private electric car charger. Things to note: - A maximum of two small /medium dogs is allowed with prior approval at an extra charge of £45. - The house is located on a peaceful and friendly private estate. It is ideal for family holidays and gatherings but regretfully we cannot accommodate for hen and stag dos or similar parties. The house is perfect for cooking, enjoying the ocean view and relaxing, whether playing monopoly in the afternoon sun or unwinding in the hot tub. While it's hard to leave given the amazing light that comes into the kitchen and lounge areas, the walks along the beach were fantastic. We hope we have an opportunity to visit again very soon. Plenty of equipment in kitchen so we could cook together, hot tub was lovely ( although bring flip flops to get across grass!) , tv and music all set up, and the whole house was decorated beautifully.
