Entering through the front door you will find yourself welcomed by a beautifully furnished coastal theme, with the fantastically equipped and airy kitchen/dining/sitting area occupying most of the ground floor, and the fourth bedroom on the right-hand side of the property which has a day bed so can be conveniently used for extra space when not being slept in, whether as a snug room or a study. The shower room also resides on the ground floor boasting a large walk-in shower.

Follow the stairs to the first floor where you will find the three other bedrooms; the master bedroom housing a comfortable king-size bed along with an en-suite and walk-in shower, bedroom two provides you with a super-king bed that matches the subtle yet stylish furnishings, which can also be configured as a twin room on request and finally, bedroom three comes equipped with two sets of bunk beds for all the little ones to enjoy a good nights sleep.

Versatile bedroom/study room with a single day bed, can be configured in to a king-size on request, Smart television and patio doors to the garden.

With large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a king-size bed, Smart television, views over the garden and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom two
With a super-king bed, which can be configured as two singles on request, views over the garden with window shutters.
Family bathroom
With a bath, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom three
With two bunk beds (4 single beds), suitable for 12 years and younger.

Outside:
Front and rear garden with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue available for guests use.
Off-road parking for two cars.
