Four bedroom spectacular holiday home in Brancaster, Norfolk with a shared tennis court and shared outdoor heated pool. The house sleeps 8 with two dogs welcome.

This house offers four fantastic bedrooms on the ground floor, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and a stunning upstairs living area including an open plan kitchen with large dormer window offering spectacular views across the salt marshes towards the beach and beyond. In addition, there is a fabulous look-out tower which provides the most incredible views out to sea. The grounds are beautiful and these can be appreciated to the front, side and rear of the property. The gardens to the left which you have to pass through on arrival are for the exclusive use of this cottage.

In the beautiful grounds sits a swimming pool and tennis court both shared with the owner. Both of these are available to use from the 19th May 2023 through until the end of September 2023. Please note that the swimming pool and tennis court are not available to use between 11th August - 1st September 2023. If you are in any doubt, please check with our reservations team before booking. There is plenty of parking for three cars in gravelled parking area which is shared with neighbouring house where the owners live.

Spectacular gardens front and rear with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and direct access to the coast path. Plenty of parking for three cars in a shared gravelled parking area which is shared with the neighbouring house.
The beautiful swimming pool and tennis court are shared with the owner and are available from 19th May 2023 through to the end of September 2023 (except August). The pool is heated via an air source heat pump and is set at a consistent temperature of 28 degrees.
NB. The swimming pool and tennis court are not available to use in the month of August.

A travel cot is available at the property (please bring your own bedding). Please note that this travel cot is not suitable for new born babies.
