The worktops are made from stunning white marble, giving the kitchen a beautiful bright and contemporary feel. There is a table and 4 chairs plus a handy breakfast bar with two stools. A washer-dryer can be found under the stairs. One double bedroom is located just off the kitchen on a mezzanine floor, via a ladder, for safety reasons this is only suitable for anyone over 14. The cosy, cabin-style double bedroom, has a bright Velux window, which on a clear night offers amazing starry skies and if you're lucky the sounds of local wildlife. Also on the ground floor is a modern shower room with a large drop-head shower, this room can also be accessed from the garden, perfect after a day on the beach. There is a large living area with two sofas, one large “L” shaped and a cosy two-seater, perfect for snuggling up in front of the wood burner and large TV. There are also plenty of board games for family entertainment after an action-packed day around Croyde. There is a sunny conservatory off the lounge via patio doors, which has a large dining table and 8 chairs, perfect for family meals and the BBQ outside. On the second floor, are the two large double bedrooms, with king-size beds and plenty of storage, these overlook the front of the house. To the rear of the house is a fun children's bunk room with two single beds. The large family bathroom is also on this floor, which has a large bath with an overhead shower. The sunny garden is home to a large Willow tree which provides needed shade on a sunny day. There is a lovely terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for some al fresco dining and BBQ. Beyond the terrace is a large sloped lawn, perfect for the children to play safely. There is no parking at the property but there is a large village car park just 160m from the house by the village hall.
