Five bedroom dog friendly holiday cottage in the Dorset village of Studland that sleeps 10 just a short distance from the sandy beach of Studland Bay which can be reached by footpath or road.

On entering this pretty holiday home, which is accessed via two steps, you will find a charming and spacious lounge. This light and tastefully furnished room is perfect for relaxing in, with comfortable seating, TV/DVD, a wood burner and shuttered bay windows. Exploring further, the spacious open plan kitchen/diner has an additional seating area and a large dining area perfect for enjoying a family meal. The kitchen features a double oven, induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

This area also offers a TV, iPod dock, a window seat and bi fold doors into the garden. A handy utility room houses the washing machine and dryer and has plenty of space for coats and boots. Exploring further you will find a children s playroom with TV and a choice of books, games and toys. There is also a ground floor shower wet room with WC. Going upstairs you will find five cosy bedrooms.

There are four double bedrooms, two of which can be made up as twin rooms on request. One of the double rooms has its own dressing room and an en suite shower room with WC and reduced head height in the eaves. There is also a bunk bedroom which is perfect for children. Also upstairs, is the large family bathroom, complete with a bath, separate shower, WC and reduced head height in the eaves. Please note, one of the double bedrooms and the bathroom have low sloping ceilings.

Stepping outside you will find a gravelled parking area and a boules court to the front of the property. The attractive back garden has an artificial lawn, paved paths, flower beds and a couple of seating areas one with sea glimpses for you to relax in and enjoy the gas BBQ. The back gate leads out onto a National Trust footpath. There is ample parking available.
