With a large dining area, you will love rustling up breakfast, lunch or supper in this superb house which is perfect for a larger family or group of friends. A dining table seating eight guests separates the cooking from the seating area and there is plenty of space to host a dinner party should you wish to.

The bi-fold doors lead out onto the fully enclosed terrace and garden. There is a beautiful, fully enclosed garden to the rear of the property with a furnished sunny patio area, two steps down to the lawn, a further furnished patio area with a corner unit and dining table, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.
Parking for three cars on the driveway, further parking is available on the road outside the driveway. The road is a cul-de-sac and therefore there is little passing traffic.
