The house boasts a modern and bright interior, conveniently close to the village and harbour, which is a short walk away. Its sunny front terrace is a good place to relax and look across the front garden watching the world go by.

Children must be accompanied in the garden at all times, as the lower section is un-fenced, and is raised above the road.

Modern Bathroom with shower over "L" shaped bath, wash-hand basin, mirror and WC.
Additional WC and wash hand basin cloakroom on ground floor.
All rooms have efficient electric radiators.
Top Floor bedrooms:
Two Twin bedrooms: Both with two single beds in each room.
Top Floor shower room: with walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC.

OUTSIDE
The sun terrace runs in front of the house with a decking area with table and chairs, and a bistro table and two chairs on the lower terrace, to enjoy a coffee or a sundowner. The rest of the area in front of the property is sloped, with pathway running up to the entrance.

PARKING
In the main car park (weekly ticket charges apply), which is approx. a two minute walk from the property.

There are no facilities for EV charging at this property.
