A contemporary coastal cottage that sleeps 8 guests in the centre of Fowey, near the ferry, the quay, the bars and eateries and Readymoney Cove beach. Enjoy a trip to Polruan on the passenger ferry or travel to the village of Mevagissey on a pretty coastal boat trip. Slightly further afield, some attractions worth a visit and fun for all the family are the Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures, Charlestown (one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark), and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, all within 14 miles. For the walkers amongst you, there are countless beaches and coastal walks all within 20 miles.

Step off of the streets of Fowey and into this fabulous tardis of a property with a quirky layout that’s full of character. Upon entering you will soon notice the light and contemporary interiors throughout offering that wonderful luxury feel. The lounge is a spacious room with comfy seating, Smart TV, electric fire and plenty of natural light. Downstairs is the hub of the property, the open-plan kitchen/diner with a centre island and plenty of dining space. This is the perfect spot to plan the day’s adventures ahead over a morning cup of coffee. Making your way back upstairs and through the lounge, you take a few steps up and through a hallway to reach the first two of the four bedrooms: two kings, one with beautiful waterside views and both bedrooms benefitting from en-suite shower rooms. Make your way back to the lounge and up the main staircase where you will find a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom. This floor also offers a second lounge with comfy seating and a Juliet balcony overlooking the River Fowey along with a very handy kitchen area, ideal for grabbing a cold drink or coffee.

Head up the spiral staircase on the first floor to a fabulous conservatory and rooftop terrace. Boasting breathtaking views of the water, this is the perfect spot to sit and relax whilst taking in the view after a long day. This property also comes with private parking, which is a real bonus in Fowey, this is situated just a short walk away up the hill. Additional parking is available along the Esplanade or the main carpark in Fowey.
