A super apartment in Fowey that sleeps 6 overlooking the estuary and just a short walk from the sandy beach of Ready Money Cove and super close to the quay pubs and restaurants. There are a few ferries that take to you villages around the coast, one to Polruan and another to Mevagissey. Other visitor attractions include The Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures, Charlestown (one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark), and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. For wayfarers, there are countless beaches and coastal walks within easy reach. For golfers, there are several good courses a short drive away at Carlyon Bay and Lanhydrock.

On arrival at the ground floor period residence enter the hallway through the front door (via a short series of steps) and into the light and spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. This lovely living area is perfect for socialising with your loved ones. Unwind with a book and sit in the window seat to take in the views or laze on the sofa to watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. The dining area has plenty of space for all the family to sit down and plan your day exploring your surroundings over a morning coffee. The contemporary kitchen area is perfect for all your cooking needs with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Head through to the master bedroom with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and your own vanity unit. Continue up three internal steps and you’ll find another king-size and a twin bedroom, all with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC and there is also another shower room with WC.

Head outside onto the front terrace and sit on the bench or comfortable sun-loungers and gaze out to sea to watch the boats go by. Driveway parking for one car is available opposite the property. Please note this property has a private water supply.
