Four bedroom spacious town house on the River Fowey in Cornwall laid out over four floors and the house is situated in close proximity to all local amenities and sleeps 8.

ACCOMMODATION
Entered at street level there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining room with a bay window overlooking the water and a comfortable sitting room with television and fine river views. The sitting room has a railed balcony with access through wide patio doors which enjoys the sun for much of the day. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and washing machine.

From the hallway stairs run down to the lower ground floor to a twin bedded room, a shower room with WC and a utility room. From here access is made to the garden and waterside.

A narrow walled garden accessed via a flight of steps leads onto a platform and steps to the river and foreshore.

Two further bedrooms and a bathroom WC with shower over the bath are located on the first floor. One is the master bedroom with a king size bed which again directly overlooks the water. The other on the street side has twin beds. On the second floor is a long loft bedroom with two single beds and river views to front and side.

This property is heated via night storage units.

OUTSIDE
A narrow walled garden accessed via a flight of steps leads onto a platform and steps to the river and foreshore. Barbecue and furniture provided.

PARKING
The recommended car park is a long stay 300 yards away, by the Bodinnick car ferry.
