Heacham beachside pet friendly cottage

Heacham beachside unique holiday cottage converted from a boat dating back to the 1870s, pets and children welcome, includes WiFi and parking, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and the rustling of the reeds. The interior has been extremely well thought out with one of the bedrooms built into the bow, giving 180 degree views, and children will be delighted with their special room in the hull! Guests still have modern comforts such as free WiFi and TV.

A really comfortable and stylish room with two 2 seater sofas, TV with DVD player, WiFi, CD player, radio and Ipod Dock. Views over the sand dunes to the sea.

Bedroom 1
Master bedroom built into the bow of the boat giving 180 views over the reserve.

Double bedroom, in the hull of the boat enjoying views over the reserve.

Bedroom 3
Children's bedroom with two single beds, built into the hull with lovely views over the reserve. Please Note: Due to the property retaining the shape of the original boat hull this does not allow for much hanging space in the bedrooms.

Outside
The cottage is dry beached behind the sand dunes at Heacham South Beach, in front of the RSPB Reserve There is a wide unfenced open space of wild grass to play, park boats, wind surfers, kites etc. The boat has raised sun decks to enjoy the fabulous sunsets complete with garden furniture. At low tide there is miles of safe shallows for cockling and walking. High tide brings opportunities for wind surfing, kite surfing and boat activities.
