A fantastic cottage that sleeps 6 on the Helford estuary close to local amenities and perfect for a family coastal retreat near the South West Coast Path and Helford Passage Beach ferry. The cottages proximity to the Helford estuary makes for a heavenly destination.

Enter from the charming enclosed patio into the open-plan living and dining room, which features a stone fireplace with a wood burner. The room is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach or out walking. Entertainment comes in the form of a Smart TV and a small cupboard full of board games. The bespoke kitchen is on the same floor and is just beyond the dining area. It has a breakfast bar with views overlooking the river. Next to the kitchen is the utility room, with a Belfast sink, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and second fridge, a perfect area for storing coats and muddy boots.

Upstairs is the family-sized bathroom with shower over the bath. Two double bedrooms are here too both with delightful sea views – the master suite has a super-king-size bed and the bunk beds are in the adjoining room with full-length 2’6” wide beds and a small selection of toys in the under-bed storage drawers. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Separate to the house is a second WC.

Outside is a sheltered suntrap patio, which captures the morning and afternoon sunshine, running the length of the property with garden furniture. There is an outside hot water shower on the patio, ideal for washing off sandy kids and wetsuits. The property comes with its own all-tide mooring at Potter’s pontoon, available for use by guests with their own boat for an extra charge.
