Steps down to apartment with corridor to the living area. Smart, light and airy living room with sofa and two armchairs, TV and full width bifold doors to terrace. Dining table with seating for 4. Kitchen off the living room equipped with ceramic hob, integrated oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Bedroom 1 with 5ft double bed and hand basin. Bedroom 2 with 3ft single beds. Shower room with shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

OUTSIDE
Private terrace overlooking the river with table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol.

PARKING
Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, for which charges apply.
