Six bedroom high-end luxury holiday home sleeping 14 in absolute comfort located near Hunstanton on the Norfolk Coast. The house is packed with technology and smart gadgets from top to bottom plus there is a fantastic outdoor dining area with kitchen and built-in barbecue and games room.

With impressive eco-friendly credentials it comes complete with underfloor heating and oodles of gadgets to make life oh-so-simple. Boasting open-plan living downstairs with a super-stylish kitchen which has every appliance and gadget you could wish for, mod cons have been cleverly integrated throughout. With a large dining area, you will love rustling up breakfast, lunch or supper in this sumptuous house which is perfect for a larger family or group of friends. A dining table seating 14 guests separates the cooking from the seating area and there is plenty of space to host a dinner party should you wish to. But if you don’t want to cook, there are local chefs who will come and cook for you!*

Bi-fold doors lead out onto the fully-enclosed terrace and garden. This superb space has been beautifully designed by the owners and the games room and outdoor eating and dining area is an extension of your living space. Perfect for lazy lunches after returning from the beach, or evening sundowners and barbecues, you can snuggle down even on cooler evenings, as this area is both heated and lit.

Back inside, the large sitting room boasts a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove and feature staircase which takes you up to the first floor. Downstairs you’ll find two luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is mobility friendly. Whilst upstairs there are four more sumptuous bedroom suites, all of which offer modern comfort and luxurious high quality bed linen. With one of the bedrooms boasting a large sun deck with views of the sea; and another an indulgent egg-shaped bath, it will be hard for you to pick a favourite.

This house certainly delivers on entertainment; with ultra-fast fibre broadband, a wireless sound system and smart televisions. There are gadgets to shut the blinds, make you a coffee in the morning and pretty much most things. The ambient and mood lighting is a special feature of this property. Outdoor kitchen and dining area
Large gas barbecue, sink, patio table with seating for 14 guests, further ceramic non-slip patio area with wicker table and chairs, patio heaters and a canopy with lighting over the kitchen and dining area. The outdoor kitchen and seating area has canvas sides which can be rolled-up or rolled-down and zipped-up if the weather is inclement.
Parking for three cars on the driveway, further parking is available on the road outside the driveway. The road is a cul-de-sac and therefore there is little passing traffic.
