Holme Next the Sea pet friendly holiday cottage within walking distance of Holme beach, sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, parking and WiFi included, ideal for families with children or couples. There are four bedrooms with a twin room downstairs with en-suite shower room ideal for a multi-generational holiday. There is a spacious kitchen/breakfast room and light, airy sitting room with comfortable seating and a cosy Clearview log burner. The rear garden is fully enclosed and ideal for children and dogs.

Kitchen:
Beautifully equipped and comprehensively fitted with base and eye level units, double oven with extractor and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is an extending dining table and chairs and french doors lead out onto the rear garden. There is a ceramic floor with cosy under floor heating.

Utility Room:
Washer/Dryer. deep freezer, basin and towel rail.

Sitting Room:
A light and airy room with large comfortable corner sofa, Clearview wood burning stove, flat screen tv/dvd, selection of games and books, rocking chair. Stairs leading to first floor.

Bedroom 1:
Situated off the kitchen, pretty twin room with bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers with mirror over, wicker chair and hanging space.

Ensuite Shower Room:
Shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Stairs to first floor

Bedroom 1:
Good sized double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. Bedside tables with bedside lamps. Views over rear garden.

Bedroom 2:
Double bedroom with lovely views over Parks Piece. Bedside tables and lamp, dressing table with mirror and hanging space.

Bedroom 3:
Single room with cabin style bed with storage below (not suitable for very small children), chest of drawers with mirror over, wicker chair and shelving. This room also enjoys lovely views over Parks Piece.

Family Bathroom:
Double ended Bath with shower attachment, basin, wc, heated towel rail and storage Shaver point. shelving.

Outside:
To the front of the house is parking for one car with further on road parking available. To the rear is a good sized, fully enclosed and secure rear garden with attractively planted mature beds and paved area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is a lockable shed which could offer storage for bicycles. Opposite the house is Parks Piece which is owned by the village and is ideal for dog walking or ball games. Holme Beach is a 10 minute walk away with the Dunes Nature Reserve also a short walk across open fields. Perfect for bird watchers.
