Just 200m from the beach, this South Devon fisherman’s cottage in Hope Cove offers contemporary accommodation for 7 guests, pets welcome, Wi-Fi and parking included.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor: Lounge with underfloor heating, two sofas and armchair, flat screen TV, DVD, iPod dock and portable CD player and wood burner. Well equipped kitchen/ dining area with ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and dining table to seat eight. Sun room, boxes of games, French doors to the patio and garden.

Bedroom 1, 4ft 6in double bed, bedside cabinets and en suite shower room with heated towel rail. First floor: Bedroom 2 with 5ft King size bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with 2ft 6" bunk beds and a 2ft 6" single bed (which is 5ft 6” in length) and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment and heated towel rail. Outhouse with washer/dryer and storage space for beach equipment.

OUTSIDE
Patio with garden furniture. Stone steps leading up to fabulous ¼ acre semi-enclosed garden laid to lawns and flowers with tree-swings and trampoline. Sea kayak for guests use.

PARKING
For ONE car on the quiet lane in front of the entrance area at the front of the property. There are a few public parking spaces available nearby, as available.

Included: Bed linen, not towels (Towels may be hired from a local company please enquire with Toad Hall Cottages for details) Wifi, travel cot, booster seat, stair gate, electricity, heating by electric panel heaters and under floor heating, initial basket of logs in winter.
