Adjoining the lounge is a TV room with Smart TV, large sofa, window seat and games/books.
Kitchen area with Neff cooker, Siemens induction hob, large Miele fridge freezer, Miele dishwasher, microwave, double Belfast sink, wine/drinks cooler, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), breakfast bar with 3 stools and access to patio area with glass balustrade and views.
Hallway with other entrance to parking area and adjoining cloakroom with basin and WC.

OUTSIDE
Patio at front of property with table and chairs. Steps down to lawn area. Further steps from the end of the lawn lead to the lane which leads into Hope Cove village.
