Steps up from parking to property. Ground floor: Hallway with downstairs cloakroom, WC and wash basin. Light and airy living room with two leather sofas and cane tub armchairs, TV ,DVD and clock radio with iPod dock. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Fitted kitchen with induction hob, built in microwave, built in fan oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First floor : Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe, small chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, hanging rail and small chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Further stairs to second floor: Bedroom 3 double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and en suite shower room with WC, basin and shower.

OUTSIDE
French doors from the lounge open on to the sun terrace with patio table and chairs. Barbecues welcome - please bring your own disposables.

PARKING
Strictly for one car only. (Additional roadside parking possible nearby as available).
