You will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of golden sandy surfing beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton. For keen golfers, there are two golf courses within driving distance of the apartment.

There is direct private access into the apartment via the lift and use of a unique key. Doors from the landing lead to all rooms. The impressive open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen enjoy spectacular sea views and provide plenty of space and seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings as well as a Juliet balcony to open up and take in the uninterrupted views. There is a Smart TV, Play Station, and Blu-Ray player as well as a family size dining table and chairs providing seating for 6 guests to sit and enjoy meals together. In the kitchen area, there is an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. Stairs lead to a small upper landing with doors opening on to the apartment’s large two-tiered roof terrace. From the open-plan living area the hall leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room area, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a seperate WC. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine and storage area.

The impressive roof terrace enjoys uninterrupted views in all directions across the town, sea, and coastline with plenty of room for al fresco dining and space to soak up the sun and amazing scenery. Steps lead to a turret where there is a further secluded area. There are two allocated parking spaces situated within the gated communal parking area.
