Kent pet friendly beachside cottage near Sandgate and Folkestone just a short walk from the beach, sleeps six close to restaurants, pubs, boutique cafes and independent shops.

Upon entering this seaside property you will find a hallway with plenty of space for hanging coats and storing shoes and is centred around a comfortable lounge that opens onto an enclosed courtyard garden, curl up in front of the wood burner and watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and also opens onto the courtyard and has a family dining area with seating for everyone.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, a lovely double with a compact and separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The staircase from the lounge leads up to the first floor and the remaining bedrooms: one with full-sized bunk beds, and the master bedroom with a double bed and a sea view. There is also a shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside from either the lounge or kitchen you will have access to a fully enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture to relax after a busy day exploring. There is driveway parking for one car at the front of the property. Additional parking is available in a public car park less than a minute walk from the property (charges apply).
