A special water view cottage that sleeps 4 in Kingswear that overlooks the River Dart and picturesque marina. Check out Kingswear’s chilled eateries and shops and don’t miss the Steam Railway from Paignton to Dartmouth after catching the ferry across the river.

You enter the terraced property via a few steps up to the front door, leading into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a fabric sofa and two armchairs, a wood burner and TV. You then have a dining table and chairs that seats four people and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and two stools. There’s also a utility room housing the boiler and a freezer. The final room on the ground floor is the shower room with a walk-in, mixer-tap shower and WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, stunning river views and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. It also has an en-suite with a shower over the bath, WC and washing machine.

Outside, the enclosed garden is multi-tiered with steep steps and post fencing. It has beautiful views of the river and marina.
