This impeccably-styled Grade II-listed Georgian home is ideal for families or groups of friends in search of a stylish bolthole for a traditional seaside getaway. Wake up and start your day with an invigorating walk on the beach, before hiring a stand-up paddle-board and hitting the water. At lunchtime, take a stroll along the resort’s historic pier and grab a bite to eat, before heading to Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary (3 miles) to meet the horses, donkeys, goats and alpacas. Further afield, head into Holt (10 miles) and try your hand at archery, or to Blakeney Point (14 miles) to see the seals basking in their natural habitat.

Step inside this historic home, with direct uninterrupted sea views, and you’ll be immediately hit by a sense of grandeur. The beautifully-furnished sitting/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table, pretty window seats set into a bay window overlooking the sea, and a welcoming wood burner. A Smart TV and Sonos smart speakers make this the perfect place to unwind with your loved ones. This wonderful space leads through to the kitchen, which has a gas range, electric oven, gas Aga, American fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher – so you’ll have everything you need to show off your culinary skills. There’s also a lovely breakfast table and double doors that lead out to the courtyard.

A utility room/cloakroom with washing machine, dryer and WC completes the ground-floor layout. Up on the first floor you’ll find two bedrooms: a king-size room with French doors leading to a balcony with sea views, and a nursery with a cot and single child’s bed. There’s also a shower room with WC. Up on the second floor you’ll find a further two bedrooms: one king-size room with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC, and a comfy single bedroom. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower and WC. Completing the layout on the third floor you’ll find two more bedrooms with sea views: one with two sets of bunk beds and one with one set of bunk beds (both rooms suitable for children only). There’s also a bonus sitting room for the kids with plenty of comfortable seating, with a Smart TV and Bose sound bar.
