Stepping inside, the ground floor has a very contemporary feel with polished oak floors, an open-plan living area and huge amounts of light flooding in through the picture windows and french doors. The sitting area boasts comfortable sofas and cosy wood burning stove, perfect for warming and relaxing evenings. The breakfast bar in the kitchen is ideal for quick bites to eat, while the dining room invites late evenings with loved ones, tucking in to homemade feasts.

The handy utility room is ideal for storing walking boots and welly's, with a washing machine and separate sink for removing any sand! Opening the doors onto the private garden, the expansive lawn holds wonderful views of the countryside beyond.

Upstairs, there are four sumptuous bedrooms to greet you after days spent exploring; two king-size rooms, a double and a spacious twin room. The modern bathrooms have heated towel rails and are finished to an exceptional standard.
