Rye, an ancient cobbled street town, is just 3 miles away. Rye has many cafes, restaurants, independent bijou shops and a newly opened digital cinema called the Kino. The Kino is centrally situated right next to the church and directly up from The George Hotel. The Look Out is a large holiday house "colourfully decorated" and stands out from the crowd! This large 3 storey town house with a first floor sitting room, roomy bedrooms and a spacious downstairs with the kitchen, dining and sitting area, French doors leading out to the garden with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal during the warmer months. This property is happy to accept a maximum of two dogs with prior agreement only. There is a £20 fee per stay with prior agreement only. Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time and they must remain downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack. The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday to Saturday in the high season. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid-season. Short breaks may commence on any day. There is a £24 booking fee per holiday and a £400 security deposit is required prior to arrival which can be pre-authorised on a credit/debit card.
