One king size with an en-suite with large walk-in shower, toilet and basin; wardrobe and chest of drawers and side table. Two doubles with wardrobes and bedside tables and another bedroom with two 3ft single beds and two single duvets which push together for a super king sleeping area! Also wardrobes in this room too. All bedding is hypo allergenic, no feathers or down. There's a family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and basin. You'll find another toilet downstairs in the cloakroom in the light and airy hallway with plenty of space for coats and shoes. There is a large L-shaped kitchen/dinning room with bar seating and a large table for sit down eating. The kitchen is well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, oven and hob. Plenty of crockery as well as BBQ dining too. There are glasses for all occasions, gin bowls, champagne flutes, there's even a glass vase for flowers! Across the hall is a relaxing, plush lounge full of the colours of the sea and sky. Relax with your favourite book or pick a game from the selection or enjoy a movie. There are two Freeview TVs, with all the usual apps such as Netflix and Amazon, Disney - guests need their own log ins. Outside there is a safe and enclosed south facing garden with outside seating and table. There is a lockable shed for bikes and golf gear plus an airer for your beach towels! There is parking for two cars, free WiFi, and all linen, towels and beach towels are included as well as a small welcome pack of goodies to get you started.
