This amazing Llanbedrog boasthouse sleeps 6 guests right on the gorgeous beach of the Llyn Peninsula. The property occupies a fabulous position at the head of Cardigan Bay, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few footsteps away. Half a mile away, the picturesque village of Llanbedrog has an art gallery and friendly pub. The seaside village of Abersoch is 3 miles to the south, and the popular market town of Pwllheli 4 miles north, both with plenty of great places to eat and drink. Just 7 miles away are the delightful manor house Plas yn Rhiw and the long beach at Porth Neigwl.

This spacious holiday retreat is set mainly on the ground floor and first floor of a thoughtfully reimagined historic building. Stepping inside, the hallway leads you through to the large and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features original exposed ceiling beams in the vaulted ceiling and oak window seats by the large picture window which offers a stunning view of the bay. The lounge has plenty of seating, and the central dining space is ideally situated for taking in the gorgeous views. There’s also a sleek kitchen to the side of the living space. The first of the property’s three bright and refreshing bedrooms is on this floor: a lovely en-suite double room with spectacular sea views and mountains in the distance. This floor also features two stylish shower rooms. There are two further bedrooms, each reached via a separate staircase. The first is a light and relaxing double room with wonderful views and a low ceiling, while the second is a cheery twin room with a TV and a skylight in the low sloping roof.

From the main living area, doors open out onto an enclosed glass balcony. Featuring a choice of outdoor furniture, and offering glorious views over the beach and across the bay, this is a wonderful space to sit back, relax and enjoy dining alfresco on a summer’s evening.
