This modern terraced holiday villa in Llanbedrog sleeps 4 guests and is ideal for a couple or a small family to enjoy a tranquil seaside holiday. Located centrally in the small Llyn Peninsula town of Llanbedrog, it is less than half a mile to all of the town’s amenities. Visitors can enjoy lovely walks directly from the town along quiet footpaths and the Wales Coastal Path. The town’s quiet National Trust beach is just a stroll away with its beach café and soft golden sands. There are two good pubs with children’s play areas and the well-known Glyn y Weddw Art Gallery with its cafe, outdoor amphitheatre and regular calendar of events. The town is well placed for exploring the rest of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula with its miles of gorgeous coastline. The village of Abersoch is 3 miles away with its sheltered beach and busy watersports centre. Another 3 miles on is the popular surf beach of Porth Neigwl where novices and intermediates can book surfing lessons or hire boards.

The stylish holiday home is set across two floors with the living area on the first floor. After entering the spacious hallway and taking the stairs to the first floor guests will enter a bright and airy open-plan space with wooden flooring and French doors taking up one whole side. These doors open to the large balcony and flood the room with light and fresh sea air. To the rear of the space are a sleek kitchen and a dining table set for four. The lounge chairs are set close to the window and gathered around a feature fireplace. Back downstairs are the guest bedrooms – an ample double room and a pretty twin room. Both of the bedrooms share the use of the polished modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

The south-facing first-floor balcony and tranquil views out across lawns and trees, as well as glimpses of the sea beyond. The lawns to the front and rear of the house are open-plan and shared with the neighbouring homes.
