This pretty barn conversion sleeps 4 plus pets within a working farm in rural Llanddulas. You’re just 3 miles from the seaside resort of Colwyn Bay and 6 miles from the World Heritage Site town of Conwy, which has lots of cafes, breweries, pubs and independent shops. Llandudno is also 6 miles away and has a magnificent promenade, a tramway and cable car leading up to the summit of the limestone headland of Great Orme. Snowdonia National Park is 10 miles away.

The property has been lovingly converted with modern touches while still retaining plenty of original character, such as exposed beam ceilings. Enter the house through a private patio area into a hallway which leads off to two bedrooms – a twin and a double with an en-suite shower room. The living area is on the first floor to make the most of the impressive countryside views and boasts traditional beamed ceilings, a leather sofa and chairs, and a kitchen/dining area. There’s also a cloakroom on this floor and a utility room is shared with the adjoining property.

A private patio area has seating and guests have the use of the large shared garden with lawn areas, shrubs, seating areas and an unfenced pond with a bridge.
